Companion Memorial Brick Order form
The memorial brick program is designed to raise funds for rescues and shelters nationwide. Bricks can be ordered for an individual companion, depict several lost companions, designate a family, organization, or an individual as a supporter of these important facilities. The purchaser of a memorial brick may designate $20 of their contribution to go directly to a specific shelter or rescue. However, the shelter or rescue must be registered with Woody’s Walk Inc. This is necessary to enable Woody’s Walk Inc. to distribute funds to the proper addresses and people. All rescues and shelters can download the Organization fact sheet on the Rescue & Shelter page. This fact sheet will also make these organizations eligible for the possibility of future donations or grants from Woody’s Walk Inc.
Price per brick $100.00
Once your order has been received, your account will be established. When a construction date for the walk way is established, you will be invoiced. Once payment is received, your memorial brick will be produced. A picture of your brick, certification of placement, and Woody’s Walk commemorative pin will be sent upon its placement.
